Brenda Smith - Owner / Project Lead / Designer / Tradesman / Installer
Brenda spent over 20 years in business management. In 2008, after managing the business for a real estate developer, Brenda entered the construction field as a General Contractor. Her years of experience as a manager showed her three things the industry lacked; integrity, commitment, and completion. Brenda commits to work with her clients at the start of each project, using her talent with colors, spacial management and organization to create a beautiful end result. Building relationships and earning the respect of her clients, as well as her ability to manage each project with a high level of quality, completion and neatness has earned Nailed It Construction and Design an excellent referral base. Our focus is quite simple, “ show up, clean up, and give people their moneys worth.” Brenda strives to apply her skills working on the jobsite to deliver quality installation at each step of the project.;
Rick Nelson - Carpenter
Rick has a tremendous skillset and care for detail. He is a carpenter by trade and enjoys every aspect of remodel work. Ricks positive attitude bring an element of fun and commitment to finishing projects. ;
John Dargan - Superintendent / Carpenter / Project Lead
John has been in the construction trade for over 20+ years. He is a Journeyman Carpenter and has first hand knowledge of how to build homes from ground up. He is safety oriented, detail oriented, honest and creative in his approach to correct any challenges that arise in renovations. He is a key member in training his Team and getting the job right the first time, while maintaining customer satisfaction and communications with all involved. ;
Tyler Dargan - Apprentice
Tyler has a desire to learn new skills and learn how things work. He is a great asset to the team and believes in hard work and doing it correctly. ;
Joe Barry - Remodel Specialist
Joe is an asset to our team. He is wonderful at anticipating what will be needed to start the projects each day. Joe is great at completing the more detail oriented smaller jobs! ;
